  • Terms and Conditions of Sale - The Little Piano Store Ltd

    1. Acceptance of Terms:

By placing an order with The Little Piano Store Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

    2. Orders and Pricing:

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by The Little Piano Store Ltd.

Prices are as displayed on our website or as quoted by our sales representatives. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

    3. Payment:

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept credit card, debit card, cash or bank transactions for online and in-store purchases.

    4. Delivery and Shipping:

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays. Deliveries are carried out by fully insured third party companies who specialise in piano moving. Details will be passed to these couriers so they can arrange transport directly with the customer. During some busy times of the year deliveries can take longer than usual but most times we expect the piano to be delivered within 10 working days which allows us time to tune and prepare the piano for transport.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. These costs are to be paid directly to the courier company.

Splitting it this way is cheaper as the moving company will add VAT to their price. Paying through us means we have to add our own VAT on top of a price that already includes VAT which means you will be overpaying. Its for this reason we don’t include free delivery with our products as most companies will add an extra £200-£300 into the price of the piano to cover any expenses.

    5. Returns and Refunds:

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning products and requesting refunds.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

    6. Product Warranty:

The Little Piano Store Ltd provides a 2-year warranty on refurbished pianos and 5 years on new pianos. Warranty details are provided with each product.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

    7. Intellectual Property:

All content, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, on The Little Piano Store Ltd's website is the property of The Little Piano Store Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.
