• Take photos of the outside of the piano showing the overall condition of the casework and keytops.

• Take photos of the inside of the piano. If it is an upright you can open the top lid of the piano to peer inside to take photos. If you’re feeling brave you can also take off the front and bottom panels to show the condition inside there as well.

• It is important to also know the location and details of the access so we can factor in collection costs. We use specialise insured piano movers to collect your piano to make it as stress free as possible. All we need is a postcode and details of access to get a quote from them. These charges are covered by us.
